#Lockdown has been horrendous for all of us, both mentally and physically. Once things get back to what is now being dubbed as the '#newnormal', we will be offering #staycation guided walks across various locations throughout the Sussex countryside! - Come and join us!
These will be in line with all current guidance at the time.
Mental Health and How the Outdoors Can Help You and Your Family!

Getting out and about can have many positive effects such as:
- Improving your mood;
- Reducing your feelings of stress and anger;
- Taking time away from daily pressures and helping you feel more relaxed;
- Helping to improve your physical health;
- Improving your confidence and self-esteem;
- Helping you to be more active;
- Helping you to make new connections - Even if that is just a simple 'hello' in passing!;
- Providing support to your peers or family members.
Our Guides are fully qualified and experienced Lowland and Mountain Leaders. They are fully insured, hold current First Aid certificates and Enhanced DBS certificates. They will carry any necessary safety equipment and maps of the area.
All you need to do is come along with suitable clothing and footwear, lunch and enough water (ideally 2 litres) and a sense for fun and adventure!

100 Acre Wood Experience!
Winnie the Pooh! - Guided Walk on the Ashdown Forest (4 -5 Hours)
This is a great opportunity to visit Pooh Bridge (throw sticks!) and 100 Acre Wood on the Ashdown Forest! - Our instructors will provide you with a comprehensive guided walk on the Ashdown Forest and introduce you to various locations that were made famous by the author A.A. Milne and featured in the adventures of Christopher Robin and friends, Piglet, Eeyore and Tigger!
Seven Sisters Experience!
Guided Walk over the Seven Sisters! (4 Hours)
Come and visit us at Beachy Head for a Guided Tour along the Coast!
Our Guide will show you the Seven Sisters, Bell Tout lighthouse, famous coastal cottages (pictured below) and Cuckmere Haven!
The Windmill Experience!
Guided Walk over the South Downs (4 - 5 Hours)
This is a circular route from the famous village of Ditchling, former home to the "Forces' Sweetheart" Dame Vera Lynn, taking you up to see the stunning views of the South Downs from Ditchling Beacon then on to Jack and Jill WIndmills before returning to Ditchling via the Jack and Jill pub!
